HELP! What is the best way to deter my neighbor from storing his pinecones under the hood of my pick-up?

I only drive it 1-2 x wk and this crazy guy keeps storing them in every nook and cranny around the engine and between moving parts. I've parked the truck in 3 different spots and still have the same problem! By the way...my neighbor(s),Buddy, is a squirel. He must be from the city..." 'cuz out here yu don't need to hide dem durned cones, weez got zillions"!!! ( I DO know why. Just need help with HOW)
